Top IBS-Friendly Brands

IBS can feel lonely… until you find a community that gets it and understands what you’re going through!

This is the reason I created my community on Instagram and through this website, and now we are taking it a step further in The Gut Community, a private group on Facebook for those with IBS to connect and support one another. Join here!

In creating community with others with IBS, I’ve also discovered incredible brands that are adding tremendous value to this space. Many of these brands I’ve come to use myself in my own IBS journey, and I’ve seen clients also enjoy them.

Regular Girl

Regular Girl is a prebiotic/probiotic supplement that is IBS-friendly. It's made with SunFiber, which is a low FODMAP, soluble fiber option, that feeds beneficial gut bacteria. Their probiotic blend is used to further support the microbiome. What I love about Regular Girl is that it’s so easy to incorporate into your day. Simply mix it up with a cold or room-temp liquid or smoothie and allow the soluble fiber to keep things moving along in the GI tract. They also have travel size packets to make it easy for trips and when you’re on the go!

My tip: their “wellness” version that includes cranberry is a great option during travel because the flavor is really good and you won’t need to add anything in to mask the flavor change of the water with the fiber.

TUSHY has changed my pooping game for the better! They have beautiful (can a toilet be beautiful?) bidets that easily fit on your toilet. A bidet can help clean things up after a messy poop, and help you avoid feeling dirty or going through rolls of toilet paper to get clean. They also have stylish ottomans you can use to prop up your feet for better pooping posture! I’m a huge fan!

Gourmend Foods sells low FODMAP booths and spice alternatives for garlic and onion, including green onion powder and garlic scape powder. I’ve enjoyed the spices so much lately because I’ve been busy and the idea of chopping green onion stems or chives feels exhausting right now. These are great options whether you’re on the low FODMAP or not!

Enjoy Life sells everything from chocolate protein bites to baking morsels to bars! They’re allergen-friendly and many of their products are low FODMAP. They make it easy to know with simple search tools! Not only are they IBS-friendly, they’re also made with high quality ingredients so you’re never sacrificing flavor for convenience.

Fody Foods is a long-term friend and one of my favorite brands for low FODMAP pantry staples! They have infused olive oils, incredible sauces, and the best salsa… all low FODMAP!

What I love most about Fody is that they are constantly developing new products for those with IBS to enjoy. This year, they’ve released chips, salsa verde, new bbq sauce flavors, new dressings, and a new pasta sauce!

Epicured is a low FODMAP meal delivery service. What makes them unique is all of their meals are crafted in New York City by Michelin-star chefs! I’ve had their food and it’s absolutely incredible. What I love most is that their recipes aren’t boring, but instead are loaded with unique flavors and a variety of plants! They used to only ship to the northeastern side of the U.S., but now ship to the rest of the U.S!

Rachel Pauls Food

Rachel Pauls Food is a low FODMAP food company that sells snack bars, baking mixes, jerky, soup bases, and spice mixes! Dr. Rachel Pauls also has a low FODMAP cookbook available on their site to make meal planning a bit easier!

Casa de Sante is a gut-friendly food company that has many low FODMAP, allergen free, and AIP products. I personally love their protein powders and spice mixes.

Schar is a gluten-free and allergen-friendly product company that sells breads and snacks. Many of their products are also low FODMAP. I really enjoy their pizza crust!

Green Valley Creamery is a lactose-free dairy company that sells yogurts, kefir, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, and butter! These are all calcium rich products, without the common carbohydrate (lactose) that typically causes issues. This means many of their products are also low FODMAP!
