Low FODMAP Salsa

There are some premade low FODMAP salsas out there, but nothing beats fresh, homemade salsa! Use this recipe to start, then adjust the ingredients per your preferences to make it your own!

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 c green onion stems

  • 3 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp garlic-infused oil*

  • 1/2 c cilantro

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients & mix until you’ve reached your preferred texture!
