Low FODMAP BBQ Tofu Pizza

This low FODMAP recipe is a great way to mix up pizza night! You can make it with tofu as I did, for a plant-based option, or you can swap out the tofu for chicken. If using chicken, be sure to cook the chicken first.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 425 F. Top pizza crusts with BBQ sauce, tofu, bell pepper, spinach, and cheese (split all ingredients in half).

  2. Cook for 15-18 minutes, until cheese is melted, then enjoy!
